It is just disgusting to endure messages urging you to buy this or that when you are using an app you paid.... Who would accept to have to read a message saying " have you tried the new gun we just released ? " every time he uses his washing machine ?

This is a cool app. Great samples, very realistic sounds, tons of bugs though. There has not been a single upgrad so far.

Make sure to stop all other apps. I experienced distorted and noisy sounds. Nice App.

Sample Tank is definitely an essential app for the mobile music producer! looking forward for more new sounds.

Used to love this app - I use the full version of SampleTank with Cubase on my PC too - but ever since the iOS 8 release, I get an error message on start-up saying that Audiobus could not start properly. This means I can no longer use it with Cubasis or other recording apps. It has been more than a month since iOS 8 was released, and we still have no sign of an update. I am extremely disappointed.

Now that the ipad version is out and more sounds and patterns are available, this app really rocks.Some of the sweetest sounds youll find on an IOS app.

I was upset buying this app initially because it was only sized for iphone. This update gave the layout an overhaul for ipad and it rocks. Looks amazing so far. I wasnt really using it much before because the iPhone only layout was awkward. The sounds are great, and with the new design I think Ill be loving this. Glad I put the money down initially to keep the app moving forward. I no longer have any buyers remorse because of this amazing update. Thank you!!!!!!

Best beat making app in app store, i bought rebirth for ipad, garageband, but sampletank is the best, create beats in secondes! For professionnal dj or just for fun. I will also buy the all sound bank, its 40$ + 20$ ( initial app) and i will have everything i want! Plus, you can plug your keyboard via midi to play songs in real time!! Its worth every penny!

*** Note this isnt an upgrade for Sampletank Free. All previously purchased sound packs "In-App" with the free version do not transfer over to the full version. I had to purchase them all again "In-App" with the Full Version. This is something everyone should be aware of, as it increases the overall cost dramatically. Consider staying with the free version if you have purchased many sound packs! *** I would have given the App a higher rating if it werent for the above stated inconveniences. Hopefully now I can have some fun with it... P.S. I have a Pro Tools based home studio so my expectations may be higher than the average user however,

Fantastic app with very high quality samples. Very impressed considering the price. Great job to ik multimedia for really embracing the platform. Only wish the app has assignable controls so the volume control on my midi keyboard worked with the app. Im told they will be adding this to a future release.

Ok so I have had this app for a couple months now. The 19.99$ version.. I recently downloaded beatmaker 2. Pretty happy with the app. My problem is, ever since I started using beat maker anytime I use sampletank every sound is literally distorted. I keep trying to fix this problem within the app and before I get anywhere it just shuts the app down for no reason. I have deleted and reinstalled, still same problem. Can anyone help me here? Thanks

I really enjoyed working with this APP. I have spent many hours creating my own samples. I made all 100 of them. Then the latest update came and Im not really sure how its better or different because I cant tell the difference between the before and after. However, the APP crashed upon relaunching after The last big update. I contacted Tech support three different times but all I got was cut and paste canned responses to reinstall the APP for free. Well guys you did not do me any favors by telling me that for which I had already figured out by myself. However, worse than the lousy indifferent customer support over this update fiasco was that I lost all of my 100 sound samples with the new reinstall. I did not even get a sorry about that from the CS reps. So understandably I am ticked off about not only losing all of my sound samples but then getting lousy customer service on reps who could have cared less about my issue. I would say a great product with almost non existent customer support, so buyer beware if you have an issue with your APP do not expect any real help from this companies CS Reps.

Love this app. My only complaint with it is that recording/rerecording parts is clunky. Id like the option to overdub or correct/rerecord sections while its playing back... So I can use this in a Live environment. Currently you have to stop before making corrections. Would love it to be otherwise. Similar to how Tabletop does it. If thats added then Ill buy the addons! Still deserves a five star rating while I wait.

Great Sounding App and with AudioBus now, SampleTank going to the next level as being one of the best iOS App. IK keep up the good works and maybe you could give SampleTank Registered Users additional bonus sounds.

It could be great, just learn from others, remove those hundreds of useless music phrases, as if this is a DJ app. Leave them for drums, make it more friendly, no need to press load and done, just load is enough. Some more looping capabilities and it will be famous like thumb jam if you put few midi settings inside.
